PawPad® contains and controls shedding fur, wet/dirty paws, odour, drool, light incontinence, accidents, and more. It makes clean-up easy and saves time and stress too. As "pet "parents" you can now sleep worry-free while enjoying all the emotional benefits that come from having your pet family members as close to you as possible.
It's designed for use on a King Size bed and covers 70%+ of the surface area. PawPad® should be placed horizontally on the bed to cover side to side as well as an overhang on both sides.

The King Size PawPad® measures 98" wide by 60" long. A standard King Size mattress is 76" wide by 80" long so the design of the PawPad® allows for 11" of overhang on each side of the mattress. The overhang is important so that messes stay contained on the PawPad® as much as possible.
The PawPad® is extremely lightweight and the King size weighs only 774 grams (1 lb. 7 oz.). The length allows you to position the pad on the bed in the best way to cover as much "area" as possible depending on how many people are in the bed and where your dog(s) or cat(s) actually sleep.
For example, if your pet sleeps towards the bottom half of the bed, it works best having it positioned horizontally about 2/3 of the way up the bed so it still hangs over the end. If you’re alone in the bed and your dog(s) or cat(s) sleeps on the other side, perhaps as far up as the pillows, you may prefer to turn the PawPad® vertically so it covers almost the full length of the bed and still has some overhang.
PawPad® has rounded corners and is trimmed with matching piping. The colours you see are as accurate a representation of the colours available. That said, every computer is different so the colours may look slightly different in your own home.
PawPad® combines strong and durable, absorbent knit polyester fabric with a waterproof inner layer made from 100% polyurethane.
We recommend that you wash your new PawPad® in cold or warm water and put it in the dryer on the low or medium setting before your first use (see label for complete instructions). It's also best not to use fabric softener or dryer sheets. Washing it first will help to remove the wrinkles from packaging and shipping, ensure it’s soft and cozy for your pet(s) and, that it "smells" like your home.
When your PawPad® gets stained, there are various ways to remove the stains. You can spray them with a commercial product like Shout® or perhaps you prefer a more natural stain remover (recipe below).
PawPad® Natural Stain Remover Paste Recipe
Dawn® Dish Soap (the blue one)
Airtight Glass Jam Jar or Plastic Storage Container
Mix one (1) part Dawn with two (2) parts Peroxide in your chosen container.
Add one to two (1-2) tablespoons of Baking Soda, making a paste. If it's too runny, add more Baking Soda or add more Peroxide if too thick.
Step 1: Apply a generous amount of the new paste stain remover on the stain (preferably over a sink or tub). Using a toothbrush or garment brush, rub stain remover paste into the stain until it looks like it's gone or you see considerable change.
NOTE: It's best to remove any residue (vomit, bodily waste, etc.), and apply the PawPad® paste solution as soon as you discover the stain.
Step 2: Let the PawPad® sit for at least an hour (longer for really tough stains), and then proceed to wash the PawPad® as per the directions on our label sewn on the product.
Step 3: Check the PawPad® to ensure the stain is gone before putting it in the dryer. Dried-on stains are harder to remove. Repeat Step 1 and 2 until the stain is gone and then dry according to our label directions sewn on the product.
We suggest you make a small batch of the paste on an as-needed basis to ensure it is always fresh.
When you receive your PawPad® you'll find that the handle bag that it comes in is perfect for many other uses. Rather than throwing it away, it can be an excellent travel bag to hold all your lotions, creams, and other toiletries. How about using it for your crafts and sewing (yarn, etc.), scrapbooking materials, or kids' toys?
It can be used as a shoe, boot, or slipper bag in inclement weather.
Keep it to take your PawPad® with you when you travel to someone’s home so your pet is welcome to sleep with you there too.
Use it in your kitchen to store and protect your opened bags of flour, sugar, or anything else that may spill or spoil. Need a place to keep some treasured photos? There are so many possibilities, so it's best to keep and re-use it.
Another key benefit of the product is its versatility. Because PawPad® is made of a unique combination of fabric, it can be folded or laid flat to go on a couch, chair, area rug, the back seat of the car, in a crate, and also used as a wrap for existing dog/cat pet beds.
Although many pet beds have removable and washable covers, unzipping when the pet's bed is dirty and putting it back on, is labour intensive and can be exhausting especially if your pet has some light incontinence. Another challenge is that once the innards of the pet bed get wet from urine, it is very difficult to get the odour out. With PawPad®, when your dog or cat's pet bed gets dirty or they have an accident, you simply toss the PawPad® in the washing machine and dryer (or how you prefer to wash and dry) and re-wrap the pet bed by tucking the PawPad® underneath it.
In the car, shedding, wet and/or dirty dogs are not fun to take along especially if you have cloth seats. Fold your PawPad® in half to use it on the back seat bench, or use it full size to cover the back seat part too. Just tuck it into where the back and bench meet, around the headrests and sides. To keep it from moving, you can simply use plastic or metal "chip clips" from the dollar store to give some more holding power. These work great on the couch as well. Make sure to buy the kind with rubber pads on the inside of the clips, so if your dog dashes off quickly (think doorbell ringing), neither the fabric nor the PawPad® gets torn.
It's also great for traveling. Perhaps you are visiting someone who does not have a pet but they're OK with you bringing yours. Be a thoughtful guest and cover the bed you're sleeping in.

So Easy to CleanUp
PawPad® can be washed over and over and still looks as good as it did when you first put it on the bed. Take it out of the dryer when it's slightly damp. Lay it on the bed. Smooth it out with your hand and it's ready to be used again. Many customers have washed it more than 100 times. Of course you can also wash your PawPad® by hand and hang it to dry if that's your preferred method.
What can I do if the PawPad® doesn't "stay" in place on the bed, couch or car?
It happens. Not all bedding is created equal and for sure not all dogs and cats exhibit the same behaviour. If you pet is a "digger" or likes to try and make the PawPad® into a ball, adding some inexpensive "clips" to the four sides of the bed or top and bottom of the couch works really well. You can buy them at most dollar stores. Make sure they are NOT metal (to avoid tears), that they have rubber pads on the inside to protect your bed covers and other furniture.
Before and After
All dog and cat fur is different. If your baby has short and wire-like fur bristly like Mogowli's, you don't have to worry because it all comes out in the washing machine and dryer.
Convenient and Versatile
As you've seen, PawPad® can be used on your bed (which was the original design concept), and so many other places in and around your home. If you have pet(s), you'll wonder how you've lived this long without having at least one or more.
It's convenient, super easy to take care of and saves so much time and stress by not having to strip and wash your bed covers whenever they get covered in shedding fur and all sorts of other messes like dirty paws, drool, light incontinence, odour, accidents like vomit and poop and so much more. Fold our functional fabric cover to put anywhere and everywhere your pet(s) like to hang out.
