Return Policy

We offer a "no hassle" refund for 30 days from date of purchase on our website. If 30 days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized items can’t be returned and won’t be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the packing slip that accompanied your order or a screen shot of your credit card statement showing the purchase from PawPad Company Inc.

The cost of the return postage or courier is the responsibility of the person returning the goods and must be pre-paid in full. COD returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this is determined by your own banking institution and not by PawPad® Company).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take 5-10 business days for your credit card company to issue the refund. If you have not received it after more than 10 business days, contact your credit card company directly, to ensure it's in process as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded and are Final Sale. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pawpad.company and send your item with return postage or courier prepaid to:

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you need to send by Canada Post or by courier to:

You’ll be responsible for paying for the postage and/or shipping or courier costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you’re shipping/returning an item valued at over $75 Cdn, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the return is not tracked, we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item and as such will not automatically issue a refund.
